Semester ke 2 tahun 2009 saya dan 2 rekan saya memulai dari tempatnya Franky … from 0% to 75% (yg 25% itu adalah jam terbang yang harus dicreate) yang bisa saya katakan, krn mmg sblmnya mlh bkn penggemar kopi. Thanks Frank utk sharing ilmunya, krn mmg basic knowledge itu penting untuk handling coffee yg berdasarkan Espresso … kalau masalah steam susu itu lbh ke jam terbang apalagi latte art …Recommend yang pasti!
Two cups of style, a cup of understatement and a dash of quirkiness – that’s Franky. HCF have managed to form a great team that is knowledgeable and able to relate with the participants in the class. What i am most impressed is the constant and everlasting follow up that HCF try to establish even after the courses ended. NOW… who’s talkin about lifetime warranty?
Looks like pak Toni has everything covered and so do all the comments from EBC’s friends. To leave a quick note however, I should agree with the others that by joining the EBC one will gain both academic and practical knowledge of being a good barista. EBC left a memorable experience and created lasting friendship just like they promised. That’s not all. Franky and team have also been a constant support to us at Coffeelicious from the first moment we were preparing for our cafe and up to this moment. To that we would like to express our gratitude to Franky, Imee, Dewi, Rio, Laurent and all of HCF wonderful team. Cheers.

Fq, hmmm … simply the most passionate, knowledgeable person I’ve met in Jakarta! He has soo much to offer and i recommend his training course to anyone who is passionate about their coffee…
Since I’ve learned here: (1) I really appreciate the work of a barista. (2) Now if I drink coffee in a cafe and coffee made with care I always praise them. (3) But if coffee is not made properly I know it, and disappointed. (4) A quick way to learn to be a barista, I recommend the place Franky Angkawijaya. (5) Bravo Franky
I attended Esperto Barista Course, The hands-on training workshops are lead by expert trainers, My instructor ( Imee ) was fantastic – really knowledgeable and a great communicator. There was a good balance between theory and practice.The whole experience was great and I will definitely recommend to others interested in learning how to make good coffee…
Didn’t know what to expect when I first join the course. All I can say, I’m enriched and enlighten by the end of the course! Kelasnya sangat hands-on. It started with basic theory and move on to the practical side… jadinya latihan melulu sampai tangan pegel… tapi hasilnya.. I can extract a good espresso now! I can make good decent cappuccino, latte, you name it It’s all worth it!
